About Jacqueline Harbin
Jacqueline Harbin is a tall, redhead lover of all aspects of fashion - clothes, accessories, makeup, hair - the whole nine yards. She feels that it is her duty to keep her faithful readers up-to-date on everything fashion oriented and one of the first things she does each month is pour over the newest magazines making sure she is on (or hopefully ahead of!) trend.
Creative and very talented she always a great attitude and never gets overwhelmed. Something of a "jack of all trades" she has extensive experience in multiple fields: from being a model who has been in photos published on Vogue Italia's website (February 2014) and walking in runway shows to a military pilot to kayaking and rock climbing skills to excelling in public relations and event planning, she has done a little bit of everything. Jacqueline has worked on over 30 projects in the Savannah, GA area over the last year and a half and has proven results in meeting and exceeding goals while maintaining and creating business relations with clients and vendors. She possesses the drive, dedication and most importantly the passion to make any project come to life.
Jacqueline Harbin is also a clothing designer, a professional artist and the sole contributor to this fashion blog that is updated on a daily basis, The Polka Dotted Truth by Jacqueline Harbin. Her art gallery contains over 25 original paintings of various themes; several pieces are on display at the Chatham County Animal Control Lobby and representation downtown Savannah is currently in the works. Jacqueline has created over 10 different clothing looks that have been worn to high visibility events in the Savannah and Hilton Head area and she is looking forward to expanding her line.
Jacqueline is looking forward to starting her new position as an adventure guide at Zipline Hilton Head as well as working as a makeup artist for special events for the Chanel counter. She is hoping to start writing a column locally in Savannah that will focus on current fashion and up-and-coming shops and new restaurants to try out.
