A New Look for a New Year

In keeping with most Sundays I spent the afternoon with my favorite ladies: Vogue, Marie Claire and Elle...this date did not disappoint. As always there are some predominant overlying themes for what you should be wearing in Spring 2013 if you like being in the moment. Most notably is the presence of bold patterns: checks, stripes and a ladylike paired down floral motif; a strong second is new interesting shapes for everything, dressed, skirts, tops, you name it. Not recommended for those who like to blend in, Spring is all about embracing the New Year with open arms and trying new things with a renewed sense of confidence.
