If we were excited about Zac Posen for David's Bridal, we're even MORE excited about Peter Pilotto at Target! Mostly because these pieces can be worn at any time for pretty much any occasion (to include the beach!) and they're even more affordable. You can bet that we will be in line at 8am on February 9th when the collection launches. From dresses, separates, swim-suits, accessories and even shoes we are on pins and needles to actually get our hands on this London-based line's collection.
In case you have absolutely no idea who Peter Pilotto is (it's okay, we won't judge) chances are you've seen their pieces on some famous ladies...like Kerry Washington, Selena Gomez, Emma Watson (yup, Hermione is a fan), Miranda Kerr and fellow angel Candice Swanepoel just to mention a few. What you probably didn't know is that the Peter Pilotto label is actually Peter Pilotto AND Christopher De Vos - they're the creative geniuses behind those one-of-a-kind prints and stunningly bold designs.
Be forewarned - this collection is certainly not for the wallflower, although there are plenty of floral prints in the pieces. If you're the kind of girl who likes to blend in with the crowd this probably isn't going to be your first choice but we encourage you to jump outside your comfort zone and at least try it on (you might surprise yourself!). Described as "bright and energetic" on Target's website we'd wager that is right on point.
